About

Writing shouldn't feel like a test.

Voxfix is a small piece of software with one job: let you write without fear of the mistakes you can't see.

The problem

If you're dyslexic, every text field is a minefield — Discord messages, work emails, game chat. Browser checkers only cover the browser. Everything else you're on your own, re-reading the same line and still second-guessing it.

The fix

Voxfix works in every app on Windows, not just the browser. Select your text, press one shortcut, and it's corrected — in place. Or just ask out loud, and it answers. No window to open, nothing to copy and paste.

Why we built it

Voxfix started with a familiar feeling: typing a quick message in a game or a group chat, hesitating over every word, then hitting send anyway — and cringing later. The tools that existed were either locked to the browser, buried inside Word, or built like enterprise software from a decade ago.

So we built the tool we wanted to exist. A background app, controlled by shortcuts, that stays out of your way until you need it. It doesn't want your attention. It doesn't want to be opened. It just quietly makes sure that what you meant to say is what actually gets said.

We believe assistive technology works best when it doesn't feel like assistive technology. Voxfix is designed for dyslexic minds — and used by anyone who types fast and cares how they come across.

What we optimize for

Works everywhere

Any text field on Windows — email, Discord, games, forms, code editors. If you can select it, Voxfix can fix it.

Private by design

Your text is sent only at the moment you check it, and never stored or logged. We count usage — not words.

Quiet by default

Voxfix lives in your system tray. No windows, no pop-ups, no red squiggles following you around. Set your hotkeys once and forget it's there.

Accessible first

Readable fonts — including OpenDyslexic — plain language everywhere, and a voice mode for when typing is the hard part.

Where we're going

Voxfix is young and improving fast. The direction:

Try it

Write with confidence.

Free to try, no credit card. Works in every app on Windows 10 and 11.
